Trainer
Salary: according to qualifications and experience
We are seeking to increase the dedicated personnel who deliver our specialised training courses to staff from a wide range of Education, Health, and Social Care environments. The successful candidate will have a professional qualification permitting them to work in the Education, Health or Social Care sector and an awareness of the learning and development process. Experience will also be required in the practice of positive behaviour supports, behaviour analysis and the use of effective communication whilst supporting individuals with challenging behaviour, autism, severe learning disabilities and / or mental health.
You will have excellent communication skills and have an ability to use up to date and modern techniques for training delivery. You should have good time management and administration skills related to the training process and be prepared to travel to organisations wishing to access our training services.
