Parents can access training and support in order to enable them to better understand their child and the reasons why they might have an increased level of anxiety which reduces their ability to cope in everyday situations and results in them behaving inappropriately.
The focus of the training and support is to assist families to have a more enjoyable life with their son or daughter, to keep safe and feel confident to carry out daily activities and increase their experiences.
Courses are for parents with a child with an intellectual disability, an autistic spectrum condition and emotional issues and / or have special educational needs.
